Rayman Pirate-Community

At 2:20 there's a guy playing Rayman 2, and I believe 1:10 shows off Rayman concept art? That pic in the bottom right looks just like the room where you fight Mister Sax. Anyway, it's great seeing some Rayman love in an official Ubisoft video.

I saw the Mario-themed Rabbids as an additional confirmation. I don't think they'd be allowed to make those without Nintendo's permission, judging by how harsh they are with usage of their IPs.
I was also very pleased with how often Rayman appeared. I didn't expect much. The top of the screen at 2:19 (and maybe the left side) looked new to me, so I'd like to see more.
I'm excited for this crossover, especially if it uses UbiArt. I don't like RPGs much, though. Rabbids Rumble was pretty fun, and I liked how it still had minigames. I expect this game to have more than just fights.

I don't know if there was much notice to this in the past few days, but it appears like Ancel tries to hint something about The mario x rabbids game on Instagram:

Any thoughts about this? Is this a confirmation that the game is indeed real? Or is this just a reference to the original RRR?

Anything's possible, but I don't think this is enough to engage a hype train. It doesn't seem to reference anything but the Rabbids themselves.

If this does happen, Rayman better be a recruitable party member...

I don't like crossovers either, and I definitely understand not wanting Rayman to be associated with the Rabbids again. On top of that this idea sounds even worse than the usual Rabbids games. Some people will like the Mario x Rabbids mix, but for those who don't like the divisive Rabbids humour, this might be the first truly disgusting Mario game. :/
