The dreamcast version, yes Ly's face makes her look sexier than any of her other appearances in a Rayman 2 game.

I still think that Ly and the nymphs are among the sexiest characters, though Ly is still my number 1 pick for most sexiest character

On the contrary, Hunch, Tily had all the love she deserved already since she replaced Ly in Rayman Multiplayer games.

I would say either Ly or Helena Handbasket, though if I had to choose one, it would definitely be Ly.

You and me Both, Hunchman! I think Tily is just an excuse for some kind of programming error that they might have had with Ly when making those games.
That would be unfortunate, though. Imagine Tily just being a "Plan B" of things.
