I'd much prefer having Jungle and Fiesta Run over Mini after hearing about it. Jungle Run is a lot of fun for me, especially on Android when you can mess with the game files.

I wouldve gotten Mini if it werent hidden behind Apples bs fee.

There's that, and there's also the fact you need to have at least iOS13 to even download Apple Arcade I think. But once I upgrade, the Run games may not work for me anymore.

Asked support about the status of the two games and they never responded. They simply closed my ticket after a few days. I reopened it just now so hopefully I'll eventually be able to get a straight answer out of these crooks.

Don't expect much. I once tried reopening a ticket for 6 months for an issue where my save wouldn't load in Rayman Adventures and they kept closing it, even though they previously said they might be able to fix it or something.
As for Mini, there's a free trial you can use.

It sounds like you're trying to download the Preload version of Fiesta Run. That's only on ARM devices, while most PC's use x86/x64. You need either the original version or the Windows 10 Edition, both which were removed a few years back.

The fact that they reacted to a minor issue by deleting the apps suggests that their disabling of the PC servers for Legends was indeed a sledgehammer approach to the cheating issues which people have no doubt been complaining about for years.

Imagine though, if a bigger iOS game such as Pokemon Go suffered a launch bug due to an iOS update and Nintendo just deleted it instead of patching it.

Seriously though, it's kind of unforgivable.

Well we know how to fix it on Android so they're never taking our game away.

Thankfully I have an iphone6S that still has Jungle Run/Fiesta Run and with the circumstances now, those are never disappearing from my phone.

It's a shame that they removed the apps really, and it's probably an easy fix too. The only thing is we can't really modify apps for iOS.

I guess it got some people out of the house but yeah when you put it like that it sounds pretty silly.

There are stories of misfortunes who had Pokémon appearing in their backyards, and ended up being tormented by teenagers and adults knocking on their door morning, noon and night.

Yeah that doesn't surprise me. When the game first came out I once went to the Town Center in my hometown and saw HUNDREDS of people using the app and wandering around trying to catch Pokemon, so yeah it's pretty crazy how obsessed people were with this game.

Yeah so Ubisoft support just closed my ticket without a response again. Denying a customer access to their purchased products does go against the legal policy, but at the same time, legal action seems excessive for a $10 loss.

Just wish game companies would stop pulling stuff like this.

Sadly it's not illegal as you were the one who updated your phone. The app doesn't have to support future OS updates, especially since they've removed it. The best we can do for now is patch the Android versions so they're archived. Steo and I are currently working on restoring the Rayman Channel and other things as well as redirecting the URL's from Ubisoft's servers. Eventually we could probably bring the iOS content over to Android too.
