Rayman 1 in slowmotion: its not working

If you watched the video, and read the edited parts on the post, then you'd know it isn't to slow. It's all fixed up now. The game runs perfect.

I watched the video and i think its too slow for me.

Have you not read what I have said before? If you had read the edited post, then you'd know that the game does not run that slow anymore, not even with turbo off.

Oh ok. Thats what i was looking for in the first place. But then the simple way (by holding the Right button while loading).

If you run Windows 2000, XP, or Vista, you can just use Pok2's Patch, which uses the DOS Box, and you can slow the game down by changing the speed of DOS Box.

Yes, there are many possible tricks. But...

I know something that will work. It is slowdown program. I think I found something like this somewhere on Polish site about arcade game Icy Tower. But I don't know does it work.

I am also having trouble getting an R1 cheat to work: The "Large Rayman Demo" is meant to work on the PS1 version of R1 if you press and hold L1, R1, L2 and R2 after the Ubi Soft logo, then hold Start when the brick wall appears. Supposedly, if you hold all five buttons until the screen turns black, it works. Has anybody here managed this?

The "large Rayman demo" is basically that scene where Rayman's body parts slowly come together and he chases his hair etc. That cheat apparently only works in the original 1995 version and not the platinum and last release back in 2000. Alternatively if you have the latter version you press the Ls and Rs after the copyright notice fades.

That's what I think anyway, as mine's the 2000 one.

By the way, Game Speed Adjuster is a good solution for slow motion ^^
