Holy cow you found the Free for All Roleplay II? XD In those roleplays, it was the first time I ever brought Phoenixan into anything.

I can access the page, it says I'm granted access, though all I see are forum and category names. (That's it)

It works fine. Just click the the name of the forum you want to have a look at and a topic list will appear. Apparently, this is JavaScript. Then click the name of any topic and you should be able to view it.
In case this does not work, it might come from your brower.
