What? I thought their bio said that they could only count up to three!

Yeah, and it then goes onto say that they write poetry, and that their best work has sold "...well, more than three copies, that's for sure!"

If the Hoodbooms could write poetry, then surely they'd be able to count beyond three

At a pre-school level, perhaps.

I guess it's half-English-half-maths based, as I reckon words would be taught before calculations.

I think there are two types of black lums.

Type 1: An intelligent, speaking, armed black lum. The result of a red lum getting a fright. If they touch a red lum, it turns into a Type 2.
Type 2: An unintelligent, nonspeaking, armless black lum, created from a red lum by Type 1.

Andre and his girlfriend are the only examples of "Type 1" that we have seen. All other black lums in Rayman 3 are Type 2.

That's because she's on the Hoodlums' side, and the Hoodlums are being trained not to shoot their allies.

Why would the hoodlums make targets for Rayman to shoot? They obviously didn't realise that Rayman was in that room.
