Let me start,

When i visited your site the first time i was welcomed by a warning that said i needed to register, you should let people take a look around on your site before you ask them to register, else you would lose visiter's.

Second, you should try to make a Website and not only a forum. Make a website with information and fan or concept art of Rayman. And set a link to your forum on the main page.

Third, offer something new to your visitor, Pirate Community offers community developed service's like RayTunes and RayWiki. People will only keep visiting your site when you have something to offer to them.

Fourth, you should try desinging your own theme for the forum, be original and make something nice.

This are the tips i can give you, if you would like i could help you with making a webpage .
