The GBA version of RRR was ok, but I think that the DS version came closer to being R4. That's just my opinion and is solely based on the fact that I found it more enjoyable to play.

I liked both because they both had different parts to play.

I Highly Doubt that Rabbids GBA was not Based on The Original Rayman. Take the Dream Forest Level, Murphy, Lums, Ly and Teinsies ect.

It had R1 elements stuck into it combined with elements from R2 and R3 GBA.

Hi. When you run games in an emu, do you sometimes look in the ROM information and/or Memory viewer?

Just found this while looking for a way to decompile the game like I did with RGH on the DS.

I was originally trying to look for any filenames of the sprites so I could have an idea on what the enemies were officially called but instead I find what the game is called according to its actual data. No luck finding any GBA decompilers [like how DSLazy is to the DS] though.

These shots pretty much do confirm that the game was indeed a Rayman 4.

Why? Maybe the developers were too lazy to write "Raving Rabbids".

Well Stacey, Rayman Raving Rabbids for Wii, PC and PS2 is called Rayman 4 in the game files too ( the game's data file is called Rayman4.bf ). Even though it clearly isn't. :P
I think they just originally had the idea of making Rayman 4, but then it changed to Raving Rabbids and they were just too lazy to change the title. Those silly developers probably still THOUGHT it was Rayman 4.

Just like how they never bothered to change the ID number for the disk protection for Raving Rabbids from King Kong's (PC versions), so if you were like me, and had King Kong, it made both games unplayable? Thanks to that debacle, I never even bothered to purchase any version of the game...

LOL That was sheer incompetence on the part of Ubisoft Bulgaria or whatever studio their downsy monkeys of programmers are based in. Some of the games 18 year olds would put out for the Amiga back in the 1990's had less glitches.

Games created and sold by a single person on the Commodore 64 felt more complete and less buggy. :P

Punch a Rabbidbot with the disco powerup, then say that again.

The robotic cyclops Rabbids from the last world. Hit them with a charged up disco fist. It screws up the colors and sprites and everything.
