Metroid Zero Mission & Metroid Fusion were fun, but could never be on the level of awesome as Super Metroid, just because... well, the controls are ass because the GBA has two WHOLE BUTTONS MISSING.
I was actually referring to the physical appearance of the console itself lol. I'm considering getting Super Metroid on the virtual console...

Actually no I think. However the first videogame from all was "Tennis for 2", also known as "Pong".

The first home console that could be hooked up to a tv was
this bad boy. The Magnavox Odyssey came three years before the home version of Pong.

Haha I remember the Nerd reviewing this; "HAHA I'VE GOT A NUCLEAR BONER!" The NES was actually a 3rd generation console,
here's some of the first gen ones.

Oh yeah, wasn't there some Crash of '83? Some people think, therefore, that the NES is first generation, because it came after the crash.

Silly, silly people.

Yep.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Amer ... sh_of_1983. And it was mainly Pacman on Atari 2600 and ET's fault.

I think i got my PS1 first, but i couldn't play that for the first 2 years because i was in Curaçao, for 2 years.
That's where i got my GBA too, i had a E-reader (none was released in Europe), Super mario world, Super mario bros 3, two classics.
If i knew better i would have bought Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire too, but i didn't know they existed.

The first console I ever got was the PS1. If it hadn't been for that console I never would have become a Rayman fan.
Or a Spyro fan, or a Crash Bandicoot fan...or a gamer.
Okay, maybe a gamer. But none of that other stuff. The next one I got was a Gamecube where most of the games I played and enjoyed were hated by most critics, e.g. Spyro: A Hero's Tail and Super Mario Sunshine.

Super Mario Sunshine > Super Mario 64
I don’t care what Mario fans or game reviewers think. I know I’m right.

I have a contrary oppinion.
I enjoy a lot more the 64 version (Even more with the DS remake) than its sequel. I can't explain why, maybe the levels aren't the same thing, Mario looks harder to control and the colours are too much bright.

I like SM64 better than SMG2, SMG2 is alot of fun, but it isn't a sandbox game.
You just... follow the path.
That's why i think SMG2 doesn't deserve a 10 like TLOZ: OoT.
