It's called not being bothered to lip sync. And trust me that shit is hard to do.

Those were very cool. I remember to watch them.

If you read the comics of Garfield, instead of a talking balloon, you see a thought balloon. Garfield (and all the other animals, except for Odie) "speaks" with his thoughts, that are listenable to everyone including humans.
There were few comics and episodes that actually Odie said something, but single words only.

That's not very logical because animals can speak without moving their mouth.

It was odd to not observe that in the real-life movie versions on the other animals, but Garfield was fully renderized in a 3D model, while the other animals are real ones.

That for the cartoon effects, like his eyes who grow up when he is scared, or things like that.

Courage The Cowardly Dog!!! <3
Also The Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog. I loved it so much, but I only saw it like once a week. The cartoon I really remember HATING was one about these gargoyles that would turn into statues. I hated it because it would come on right before the time I thought Sonic would come on, so I would sit through the whole cartoon watching it every time, with the hopes that Sonic would be on next, and most of the time Sonic never even came on after it
Looking back on it, I don't know why I didn't just check the TV schedules

Haven't watched Willy Fog yet [though I do remember seeing the shitty 90's version on TV aaaa] but I do DO DO remember this one in fact me and my boyfriend went through the whole of the first series gradually. There is a second series but I'm not sure if I want to touch that with a 50 foot pole.

There's a sequel series indeed. But I think the adventures in that are more out of the history based in Alexander Dumas' one. More random adventures you know.

Speaking of BRB international cartoons anyone heard of SANDOKAN? It was a cartoon from the 90's about a tiger in a turban. Linking in case of disabled embeds.
