It's in PNG? Then why does it not take advantage of transparancy? (I.e. why does it have a BG?) If sprite sheets were transparant that'd be so usefull.

No, it is as long as I know direct rip from PS1's VRAM, decoded into BMP-like thing then saved as PNG.

Stop bitching about Paint. First, it was not saved in Paint, second, Paint is useful in some situations, third, it has notably simple interface. I use another editor but it's quite similar when we talk about such stuff. Note this does not apply to Paint7.
