Yup, pretty much. The only things stopping me from roasting in my room is the two fans that are on.

Re: All-Nighter on RPC
Ehhh, 80 degrees F isn't that bad. Compared to 96 degrees F, which is like 35 C over there. I think Italy is one of the few countries that might be even hotter than down here.DaveRattlehead wrote: Sat Aug 26, 2023 12:37 amColder??? Re: All-Nighter on RPC
At noon it was very hot, like 37ºC because of the heat wave. 27ºC isn't too much, but humidity makes it much worse than what it really is.

Oh, I just realized you live in Spain huh? I think you also might have as hot temperatures as I do. I think the hottest temperature I've ever witnessed was 43 degrees Celsius. Although that was entirely in my car on a really hot day. Temperatures here can get as high as 41 degrees Celsius here and I think the humidity percentage is high here too so it feels even hotter than it actually does.

Re: All-Nighter on RPC
I actually just changed it from "Mawpaw" to "SilverLum" tonight, and when Plum said it wasn't taken I was shocked! I guess I just really wanted a Ly-themed name and got luckyShrooblord wrote: Sat Aug 26, 2023 12:16 am As a completely unrelated aside, I can't believe the username SilverLum wasn't claimed until January 2023. That's nuts! Congrats on a very, very cool name... I'm obviously a little jelly >:)
Also, I see that Lyndo will be joining us on the quest for an all-nighter! Welcome to the club, Lyndo! And welcome others who want to take on the challenge as well, even if you're only with us for a few hours (:

GOOD question Jonster. I'll have to have a look! (By the way I accidentally typed "JonSilver" so now I think that will be your nickname from me lol)

Especially considering that silverlumbb joined on the very day this place was created, more than two decades ago!Shrooblord wrote: Sat Aug 26, 2023 12:16 am As a completely unrelated aside, I can't believe the username SilverLum wasn't claimed until January 2023. As for the all-nighter, mine is already out of the question as I was away for more than an hour but I'll be sure to keep you company as much as I can.

I have pretty much forgotten how often you have to stay active to receive that bonus.

Re: All-Nighter on RPC
I think it required breaks of no longer than 30 minutes between posts, or was it an hour, maybe?

Hi there, Hunch! Awwh, wouldn't it be nice for them to reappear someday? Are there still many people from the very beginning here? And thanks for the company!Hunchman801 wrote: Sat Aug 26, 2023 1:17 am Especially considering that silverlumbb joined on the very day this place was created, more than two decades ago!

Also regarding what is needed to accomplish the all nighter, oh dear, I wonder if I'll even get the bonus then.

Yeah I only remembered just now that you had to be constantly active and there was a time window you had to stay within.

It would be nice indeed! It does actually happen quite regularly: for example, Xenesus/goldfistbb, another member who joined shortly after the forum was created, showed up a couple years ago.SilverLum wrote: Sat Aug 26, 2023 1:29 am Hi there, Hunch! I guess we'll see when the record is over! But what really matters is the challenge you set for yourself.SilverLum wrote: Sat Aug 26, 2023 1:29 am Also regarding what is needed to accomplish the all nighter, oh dear, I wonder if I'll even get the bonus then.I left for a little while to work on my signature.
