Honestly, I'd perfectly fine with Barbara returning in a new Rayman entry if it ever happens. And hopefully with some backstory (and story) this time!

I probably wouldn't enjoy it, if for no other reason than that my favourite princesses are Estellia and Olympia, who would probably be brushed aside as mere skins if Barbara were to be more developed

Ykw I don’t really like any princesses in legends anyway, I still hate the thought of humans getting to be rayman characters and being treated as above the magical creatures in their world by the majority of the fanbase
