I think it's more than just Rayman, I think there may be other characters appearing from Ubisoft, like Jade and Pey'j.

Ehhh, I'm kind of in that category of idc but it's neat regardless.

I highly agree with Plum, I don't think we'll get a new Rayman game in the near future. It's just some kind of homage to their different franchises and they'll continue with the idea if the people like the anime, that's all. Ubisoft was clear about it, Rayman isn't a priority right now.

And... Maybe the frog as an Assassin's Creed reference is also a reference to the Rayman Legends' toads at the same time? Not gonna lie, that would be weird af.
