Before
Origins release, a French magazine indicated scripwriter Gabrielle Shrager voiced Betilla and the Electoons in this incoming game.
https://raymanpc.com/wiki/images/b/b0/J ... age_47.jpg
In
Origins script, there is a page at the bottom with information about game dubbing, more complete than game credits where there are 4 people only (Christina Batman, Lisa Jacobs, Douglas Rand and Gabrielle Shrager).
Script confirms Gabrielle Shrager roles as Betilla and the Electoons, and Anaïs Dusautois as mutated Carnivora.
We can also see familiar people such as Yoann Perrier and Michel Ancel himself voiced some characters.
Apparently, in
Origins, Gabrielle Shrager also voiced normal Carnivora, Voodoo Mamma (already recognized her) and Rayman (after listening samples again, I think I hear her indeed, the voice is different from Douglas Rand/Emmanuel Garijo mix used since
Legends).
This is all new to me, thank you for this insane info!
I had seen the script before but didn't know all the dubbing credits were listed there as well.
It's funny to see that Michel Ancel voiced the Lums in Origins, and Gabrielle Shrager voiced Rayman. We hear those all the time (even in Legends for the lums), and yet I never knew!

I spotted this part of the script a long time ago, but I didn't knew if it could be used for RayWiki, as it only confirmed Gabrielle Shrager roles revealed by the magazine.
Anaïs Dusautois video confirms these information are relevant, and while some voices may have been removed when scenario has been changed, I don't think they have been changed. Origins dialogues are just gibberish, not understandable lines which would be annoying to record again.

I don't think anyone mentioned it, but it was Christophe Héral's turn a week ago:

Always nice to see him, but nothing particularly interesting in the video.

A few days ago,
Ubisoft showed off some Rayman Origins concept art, claiming that some of them "have never been seen before!" So, which ones have we seen before and which ones should we add to the wiki? I know the Moody Clouds-looking one is new, but I'm not sure about the rest.
Here are all of the images from the post:

They all look new to me, but I will admit I'm far out of touch with more recent happenings when it comes to discovered and shared conceptual material. RayWiki does have a dedicated article to Rayman Origins' development, with a gallery showing concept art:
https://raymanpc.com/wiki/en/Rayman_Ori ... n)#Gallery
I'd say as a rule of thumb, if it's not in that Gallery, chances are it's not on the Wiki.

Looks like the
official tweet changed the text to "Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc was released in 2003! Have a look at some of our very first concept art from the game," so I guess they had to take a minute after they first posted it to remember that Rayman 2 and M/Arena existed.

Yup! Four versions of that tweet as I said and as the replies on X memed about it! I even originally retweeted the version where they spelled "released" as "release"! Are they even trying at this point?
Can't wait for them to say "Rayman M was the first ever Rayman game with multiplayer"
(just as similar blunders like in the Yamakasi Rayman Collector box set) once they get to it!...
If they even remember to get to it.

For the record, I have asked Ubi if we could have access to the original artworks from those posts but they declined to share them for now. I'm still waiting for an answer regarding the uncropped versions without the social media branding.

Ubisoft's released another
interview! This one's with Benjamin Haddad, a game and level designer for Rayman 3.
While a press release for the game already said that the Teensie Highways were set in "psychedelic space," it appears both the tweet and the interview seem to confirm that they are indeed in space, presumably meaning outer space! That's pretty interesting, right?

Well "psychedelic space" could mean a kind of "headspace" rather than "outer space"…

Nah, that "psychedelic space" is the game gaslighting us into thinking we're higher than cloud nine. /jk
