Rayman Pirate-Community

Forum tip: Don't quote larger posts, especially if you're responding to the previous one from your own. Only quote portions of them, if you need to address certain sentences.

I am very happy to see another rayman project setting off but from what I read in your first post. There is a certain lack of originality. Why noone comes up with a totally new villain, not connected to the other part of the game?

I'd like to see the "rayman twisted trolls and elfs" artworks as well. Before you go on with a plot make sure that its your best, because it hurts when in the middle of making process you get to think... Damn it, I have a better idea.

I agree that most fangames are about villians getting 'revenge', but this isn't Mr. Dark.
It might be his soul, but his look is completely different.

I'm working on the new 3D Model at the moment, MyVGworld is trying out the program (CryEngine3).

If he finds CryEngine 3 horrible to use, go with UE3. This engine might have it's weak sides but it's sure comfortable when it comes to interface (and it's free! XD)

Right, i have to design the charries (such as pixies and "eight" sinister hands). I'll sketch with the Zembillas/Rafei style and color in Webb style.
The drawings are working in progress... Next time, i'll wait to post with the upload attachment.

Sounds interesting! But there are only 5 worlds, so I think you need to design only 5 of those characters?

Goodie! I'll design the eight hands from the 4th world (because the eight-handed monster is like a mid-boss!), after the sketching, going color in "Inu Curry" style. The design is based from the monsters from Dinosaurs TV show episode: The Golden Child.
