I personally don't think you're rude either way. I actually like the way that when encountering the chance to respond to a person, you sometimes mention their past situations and events, maybe messages (I could say iambored's silly dialog that made it to RayFan's sig, but I don't think you mentioned it). It shows how you file away information for future use.

I don't like it when you make the wrongly timed (or otherwise unnecessary) remarks and questions, like you seem to love doing. I know people might not agree with me, but when you do that, it annoys me horribly. It's not particularly about past events either.

Rayfan is a friend. And while she can come out as rude to strangers, everybody here views her posts as harmless joking and you can easily tell when she's serious. She is certainly more polite than you, when she has to be.

I said that your remarks are unnecessary, not each one of your posts. With remarks I mean when you take one piece of somebody else's post and reply to it, usually so in a negative way. Like my nostalgia critic post from a while ago...sure I was negative about that myself, but was it really needed to turn the conversation around when I only asked for help? Or was that a joke too? I can't take you "un-seriously". I've always had the impression from you that you're crude, serious, and hardly ever loosen up. (sounds kind of a bad thing for somebody as young as you.) And yes, I get this impression exactly from the way you write. If you mean what you're saying right now, and aren't always like this on the forum, then please say so, so that I know I've looked at you in a wrong perspective all along.

You mean the thing I’m doing right now? I simply prefer to respond to specific parts of posts in order to make my conversations clearer and more lucid. I don’t understand your objection. There’s nothing wrong with negative posts, but that’s a moot point, as most of my posts are not negative. If I didn’t know better, I’d suggest that you’d allowed the Nostalgia Critic incident to colour your views of everything I’ve ever said.

I was defending the Nostalgia Critic from some unwarranted and uninformed comments you made. By then I had already responded to your request for advice and attempted to help you overcome the grevious ‘problem’ of his videos showing up in your YouTube feed. One of the basic tenets of a forum is that people are allowed to come along and just say stuff; if you don’t like the stuff that people say, you’re not obliged to read it or respond to it. If you weren’t prepared for people to respond to your comments about the Nostalgia Critic, then perhaps you shouldn’t have made them.

Your perception is way off; I simply utilise dry humour. Try reading my posts in GLaDOS’s voice and you might get it.
