I looked at the whole collection and they look absolutely amazing!
May I ask why, though, are some of the backgrounds cut off?

The backgrounds in Rayman 1 aren’t individual image files. Each one contains several distinct layers which scroll at varying speeds. The images in the collection are just the back layers.
