I've watched 3 seasons of Breaking Bad this summer, I think it sucks.
I've seen Lost, Spartacus, Misfits, Heroes, Scrubs and Supernatural; 6 great shows without growing bored by it.
But Breaking Bad is so boring because almost every episode is the same, I actually hate making the time to go through another episode.
There's not enough science/drug dealing action, just Walt and Skyler having their endless conversations of bullshit.
Oh and I also think Skyler is the worst TV character ever, my hate for her can't be topped.

So what? Is the fact that you have watched six other series supposed to quality you in some way or lend legitimacy to your critical appraisal of Breaking Bad? Nobody is saying that it's the first series you've ever watched – why even bring it up?

Bollocks. The central characters undergo radical changes in personality and circumstance throughout the duration of the series. Vince Gilligan's stated goal was for Walter White to go from Mr Chips to Scarface, and from what I've seen (I watched the series three finale last night) this is well on its way to being fulfilled. The level of character development in this series is unparalleled.

Hmm, having just finished Daria, I may give this series a watch. It sounds actually quite interesting.

The Twilight saga movies are regarded by some as the greatest movies of all time, such statistics are worthless.

Sure there were good moments in the series, but most of the time it felt like I was watching some bad reality soap.
They've quit and restarted the meth business for about 5 times, way past the point where things got repetitive.
And they've [killed off Tuco's cousins off a bit too fast], they shared some of the best scenes in the series.


What I meant was, the drug dealing side of the story is the only really interesting part of the show, people don't give a fuck about Skyler and "Flynn".
Maybe there good written scenes in your eyes, but in my eyes it just can't be fun listening to Walt's family whining all the time.
Sure, Pinkman whined a lot of times too but atleast he wasn't that much of a pussy.
Skyler didn't get much character development at all, she was a bitch in season 1 and she's most likely still a bitch when season 5 is over.
It's just a fact that they're slowing the series down, I'm not an idiot waiting for more explosions and action, but they're just really dull and uninteresting characters.
Gus Fring was a very memorable and badass villain that used a lot of dirty strategic and manipulating ways to get Walt to work for him.
I enjoy the way Jesse and Walt are developing as total rookies into drug lords, just as I enjoy Hank's tries to track down Heisenberg.
That's all I can say for now, since I'm halfway into season 3

Maybe I just said it sucks because I had high expectations of this show, people have been recommending it to me.

I brought the other series up without a damn reason, why does it need to be justified?

Yeah, but those are fucking retards. I'd much rather trust an experienced film critic than someone with their head in the clouds. Take a look at Twilight's critical statistics on Metacritic, and compare them to Breaking Bad's:
