It's true that I wouldn't call it a survival-horror game, but rather an action-adventure game, with horror themes of course. I personally loved the classic Resident Evil games before that, but I'm also very glad how RE4 breathed a new life into the series. Sadly, this new impulse was wasted with RE5 (a little) and RE6 (completely), but thankfully we got RE7 after that!DaveRattlehead wrote: Tue Nov 12, 2024 11:24 pm I'm surprised too, but a lot of people tended to compare it to RE3 and complained because it didn't feel like a horror game anymore.
