What has Hinduism got to do with anything?

I'm guessing that came out wrong, Xenon.

I don't know. Does Deism seem pretty close? I mean, still believe in god, but also believe that he just ignored the whole world after he put it in motion.
My beliefs, I don't really know. I'd rather go off logic, but still go off a lil faith.

I don't know about spiraldoor's theorem, it sounds a bit, well, far-fetched...

I didn't come up with it myself.
Evolution also sounds far-fetched.

Technically, the universe is evolving itself.
And I didn't say I believed in evolution. I Believe in God, that's final.
BTW, I do support evolution as well.

Evolution has been proved by scientists, and it is true how nothing stays the same, ever.

I'm a bit befuddled by the idea of there being multiple versions of the same universe (or a multiverse), especially when we're discussing the continuation of time. Time loops are credible, but then you'd have to ask how long the time loop has been circulating and how it was first developed.
It's one of the most fascinating subjects to talk about, but I doubt scientists will ever find a definitive root cause of time or what brought everything into existence. Hum.

If time was a loop, does that mean I've lived the same life 100000000000000000000(you get my point)....times?
That, would suck. Badly. I think this theory is gay.

Depends if we're inside the loop or not.
If the loop back to the Big Bang has already happened, then no, this is your first life.
I like the time loop theory. The way I look at existence is this: there was always going to be either Something or Nothing. If there's Something, then the question "Why is there Something instead of Nothing?" applies. But if there was Nothing, then the question "Why is there Nothing instead of Something?" would apply (though obviously there wouldn't be anyone there to ponder it, but you get my point).

spiraldoor is right. But both questions are unimagineably difficult to answer as no scientific law exists that can back anything up. It's a scary thought, but perhaps in a parellel universe we are also living, only reversibly (being born old and dying young). Maybe the whole existence of everything corresponds in a parallel line, but moves in opposing directions!
