Maybe for my birthday, but not now.

On launch. I don't want it, but my brother really did, and he has it pre-ordered and nearly fully paid off. And he lives in the same household as me. He's getting the Killzone: Shadow Fall bundle with the second controller.
If people want me to, I can post my impressions of it. Not that there are any launch games that interest me, but... eh.

Not even Knack - the spiritual successor to Crash?

I was gonna cancel my pre-order actually, until I saw how hard it would be to get one if I did, so I'm holding onto it for the time being. The launch line-up isn't great I'll admit, and I'm more excited about the Xbox, but I've always wanted a console on day one so that's what I'm doing this gen
My current gen machines are pretty much just Netflix boxes at the moment so I'm all for a change of pace, especially after 8 years, the next gen can't come soon enough!

Hm, fair enough there, I rarely go on the Playstation 3 also these days, but I don't think an upgrade would really alleviate my lack of gaming as of late.

Aye, I fear the very same thing, but a couple of shiny new plastic boxes will inevitably make me smile for at least a few days

Ironically, if you gave me money to buy any Sony product I wanted, I'd only buy a bunch of PS3 games. :V
Well, maybe a Vita too, but my brother has one, so only if I could get a great bargain on it (though I have seen some).

You'd really choose a Vita over a PS4? I've had a Vita since launch and I can tell you first hand that it's a pretty depressing machine. There were a few decent titles at the beginning like Gravity Rush and Wipeout, and more recently Killzone was pretty good, but other than that it's been pretty much dead.
PS4 on the other hand has no chance of suffering the same fate, and is guaranteed to provide a steady stream of AAA titles. (Just realised I sound like a PlayStation marketing guy, but in actuality I prefer Xbox)
The point is a main console is going to have lot's of huge games compared to a handheld, whereas the fate of the Vita is uncertain at best, with really really crappy support so far.

Not interested in the Playstation 4 at all, neither in Xbox One. I am happy with my Wii U.

Meh, having it my way, it'd be atleast two years before any of the next-gen consoles will even be viable options for purchase.

Tell you what mate, if I ever win the lottery (which I am planning to do) I'll buy you an Xbox and a PS4.
As for Wii U, I do want one, but the lack of games concerns me, it's what the Wii was: a Nintendo first party games delivery system, for Mario, Metroid and Zelda, which is fine, but it's a lot of money for just that.

Meh, in all fairness and honesty, I don't really have much use for them now, two years later would be nice as it'd have a more clear playing field to make pledges upon.
Besides, my current focus is getting a decent laptop to replace my current one, there are things I've been wanting to do for some time that my current laptop has prevented me from doing.

The Vita has games that I can play right now. There are plenty of games worth buying for me on the Vita, and it gets the best PS Plus support, IMO.
The PS4, however, will take a while to get the games I would really want. So yes, even if my brother was not getting the PS4 for our household, I'd still buy a Vita over it (keeping in mind that my brother has the Vita anyway).
Though I'd rather save up for a new laptop/desktop, or get all of the Wii U, 3DS, and PS3 games I want.

I have a little please for you mods: Can you remove my list and replace it with this link here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/0qpbeqtpx4mss5g/List.txt
That way I don't need to ask you everytime to update my list, I can then do it instantly and have the full controll.

I recently got a Vita. My PSN account is Disionity, the same as my RPC Username. So far my games are Gravity Rush, Rayman Legends, and Tearaway.
