I'm sure we're not the only ones! The gameplay is great, however, but I agree that without any focus on the lore, it doesn't really feel like Rayman.

Let's hope this won't be the case for the DLC, but since it doesn't appear to take place in Rayman's universe, I'm a little bit worried for now!

But I feel like the Ubi art titles capture what rayman is supposed to be perfectly. Just mindless stuff going on with no reason. Don’t get me wrong I think the more serious titles are also great but don’t really feel like the same character appearing in the wacky 2D world of rayman 1 and the Ubiart titles

Hello, I can finally say that the survey has been successfully sent to Ubisoft, they really appreciated it and were very interested!
I want to thank everyone that has compiled this survey, the reason why I made this survey was because I had the chance to be a guest at Ubisoft Milan and I wanted to bring you all someway with me and at the same time help Ubisoft to make Rayman great again

I love this community and I'd do everything for it, let's hope that this and the sales of the Rayman DLC can make the Rayman franchise have a new bright future

Exactly, immersion would be greatly reduced given how different the universes are. The UbiArt games, which focus almost only on gameplay and basically ignore the lore, already did this, but a crossover would take it to another level.

As a fan of Ubiart I have the impression that have just taken my love for Rayman to spit on him, crush him and throw him in the trash, I hoped that on the Pirate Community the Fans of the original Trilogy would be nicer with the Ubiart players...

Thank you, For me Origins and Legends are not games about Rayman but games about his universe and that's why rayman is really highlighted, because you can do the adventure with whoever you want, because many people compare, Rayman, Globox, Minimus and Barbara to rabbids, but I see them as the gang of Friends with controllers in their hands on the couch having fun and enjoying these epic moments and not necessarily logical...

Ok I’ll say something that isn’t going to sit well with a lot of people

When Ubisoft creates a new game trying to imitate rayman 3’s humor and rayman 1’s artstyle and work really hard on them, then people complain for seemingly no reason, is that going to make them wanna create a new rayman? Rayman 3 humor you all praise but the Ubiart titles have identical humor yet people can’t stand the jokes

I think it's all in the name: Ubi ART, the art of the Backgrounds is enough to tell stories, and I think Rayman Mini shows it well: small characters who travel through gigantic worlds dotted with magnificent vegetation and ruins of an ancient time...
