Help me Jesus, I didn't reach the end of the game yet, but I knew his theme before because I stumbled upon it in the past while listening to Pokemon music. And it's all drums, God only knows how insane I can be about this instrument. I treated myself to a lifetime obsession with another villain, I'm not proud of this, but somehow I cannot contain my happiness - love me some well written, heartless tyrant
