Yes, it is incorrect, since it's a Grand Minimus labelled as a Green Teensie. That was never correct and should not have been allowed back in 2012 when these ranks were made.

Uglette and Razorwife both deserve larger and more expanded stories than those ascribed to them.

Even so, there are some characters in the ranklist who've not been seen for over a decade at this point, and we may never see them again. I don't know what the future of the series is, but I'd be tempted to remove some of the older 'uns if we get another game.
