No, the counter didn't account for deleted posts, if a post was deleted, it'd stay the same, and not decrease, that's not factoring in any deletions that may have occurred post-Record Day, the count Humch gave here was your final genuine count, all posts that remained were all accounted for.
As for the Ting problem, I can only say that you're best to take it up to Humch.

Were you here last Record Day? No, I think not. Therefore, you haven't beaten your personal record.
Some people have beaten their personal record this year, which is why it says 'record beaten'. My post count last year was 408. This year it was 1000. Like so, I have beaten my personal record.
Come back next year and you can beat your own post count!

You didn't understand Shroob. The well known member OCG for example joined this year like me, and he got that bonus. I didn't! I contacted our Administator and I will get those later.
