I don't think it would be possible to port R3 to DS, due to the DS's capacities.

As said before, the PSP would be a far better candidate.

However, now that they've switched to download only with the PSPGo...

So they can't remake the R3 version to something like they did to RRR1 for the DS huh? I think they could. I just wish that game was Rayman Hoodlums' Revenge. That game is so hard! :x

RHR was a good game, the controlling methods are just a little confusing in certain situations.

I did that for various Hoodlums a couple years ago, yes.

What does it say at the hoodloon? By the way: I managed to cheat my way through SBTC, and I found a funny animation: when you shoot a hoodlum coming down with a balloon, he swallows the balloon and blows up :fou: and I managed to find some hoodlums and a hoodloon standing still in the air... but I can't hit the hoodloon...

You can do the balloon-thing without cheating. I've done it several times.

Was Rayman: Hoodlums' Revenge originally going to be an addon for the PC version of Rayman 3? I think I heard something like that somewhere, but it was ages ago.

I never heard something like that before, it's probabily a fake memory.

I have further proof that the Xowar secret is opened based on total score: The other day, I decided to play the game again and I got 44000 before the secret room in TTOTL, but my overall score was only 400k.

Rayman 3 ported to PSP would be so cool but it's been so long since R3 was first released that I dont think they'd bother anymore.

It wouldn't be that cool... they'd have to downgrade the graphics, as well as adapt to the loss of two triggers and an analogue stick. I'd rather see it ported to current-generation systems.

But it's curious because Ubisoft never released a Rayman game to the PSP.

The DS isn't that good with graphics, i'm done with all DS things and versions because of this.
If i ever buy a portable console again, it will be of Sony or Microsoft. (if they make one)
The 3DS will be shit too, i bet you can just play it on your computer with an emulator.
But a 2D version of R3 would be good.
Just like Rayman on the GBA.

My favourite level is definitely TLOTLD because it combines true scenic value with fantastic competitive gameplay. The forest, the bog and the desert are also levels I admire because of their great roaming environments. :)
