Scott was the Emerald exclusive guy with the shades that followed you on your journey, then after you beat Wallace you find out he owns the Battle Frontier.
I see, so it's kinda like a you beat the game exclusive reward

In Ruby/Sapphire you just got the battle tower in the after game. Battle Frontier completely replaced that with a facility of battle .... things, instead of just a 100 trainer streak.

The 100 trainer streak bored the hell out of me. Also concerning the Battle Frontier in ORAS, I want a lot more new epic tutor moves. Greninja with fire punch anyone.

My only issue with the frontier is that you needed competitive pokemon which I wasn't into at the time, so the only ones I could do where the Factory, and the Luck one.
I'm more interested in how they're going to re-vamp contests to be honest.

I heard you can put Pikachu is kawaii clothing. Hopefully I can put Garchomp in a cute dress.

Who's the Garchomp this year?

You mean who's the most uber pokemon of the lot? Still Garchomp, but only regular Garchomp, apparently it's Mega is worse than it's regular.

Most are obvious legendaries like Mewtwo and Arcues, then you get the odd regular one, the one coming to mind besides Garchomp being Blaziken.

I dislike to fight with strong pokemons, I'd rather win pokemon battles with the pokemon I like the most.

I always use Pokemon I like the design of, and I win a lot when I think every move through.

I don't mean to be rude to you directly but i'm tired of the "strong pokemon =/= pokemon I like" mindset because there isn't a Pokemon that is good at literally nothing. In other words your favourites can be strong too, and true trainers would say "My Pokemon are strong!" even if they aren't uber tier ones.
I was going to draw something like that a while back but never did.

Would Salamence count as one of these?

Shamefully but quickly looking it up Salamence is not in fact in Ubers, not even in OU (tier bellow it) but borderline OU/UU.

I know it's Flying/Dragon type isn't the most appealing but i'm amazed it wasn't that good enough to sit in OU. Then again I never really saw much of a threat in it.

It's not that, I recall reading that some considered it a Pseudo-Legendary, or something to that effect.

Psuedo legendaries yes. These are pokemon from 2 stage evolutions with a 600 base stat total, which is on par with most legendaries. Each gen has at least 1 with Gen 3 introducing 2. They all are : Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross, Garchomp, Hydreigen, Goodra (? The final Goomy one, not too clear on it's name). On that note Metagross is in the UU tier for it's typing being nerfed in Gen 6.
