The colours are somewhat off. Where did the image come from?

The case of the PS1 version of Rayman 2.

Isn't that your rank that's on the PS1 case? The picture just really is colour on the game case. It's sort of more red looking than he looks but I actually like that picture

My rank is from the PAL PS1 version of Rayman 2. The one Plum asked about is from the NTSC case, as seen below.

Oh right yeah. Same colour though. Forgive me for not knowing the NTSC version had different art as I'm in a PAL region

EDIT: Those cases are so different, we only have black plastic behind the disc.

Ah yes, so the white washout is the effect of his fist. I find it looks gammy out of context.

I have one question: why is the Umber rank classified as a baddie when you don't fight him and even RayWiki states that he's good?

One might as well ask why the Magician is classed as a goodie. It wouldn't even take that much effort to swap those two.

But it's the Magician from Rayman 1, not the one from Rayman Origins so it makes sense.

They're clearly intended to be the same character though.

Btw, isn't the image for Goodie Rank 5 a Xowar? I just noticed it said Mawpaw, which is what Rank 6 is!

That creature in the 5th Rank is not a Xowar. The Xowar has a big mouth with a sabertooth sticking out. The creature is called a Paluchard, if I Remember correctly.

That's the creature that the Griskins get milk from, I believe.

As for your question though, yeah I also think they could change that for it to say Xowar Paluchard instead of Mawpaw and the next rank to Mawpaw.

EDIT: R4Y, there are no Griskins in The Fairy Council. Why would they go to FC from TLOTLD? Also, they were the black lums who stole their fur.

That's Okay though. You should know that a lot of people may not even know(or even Remember) what the peaceful creatures/animals from Rayman 3 are really called.

That creature wasn't even in the final version of Rayman 3, save for the hidden room in TTOTL, I believe.

Wait, I was under the impression that "Mawpaw" was the English name for "Paluchard". Since, you know, its mouth ("maw") is a hand ("paw"). Then the other creature is called a "Flabard".

Well, if "Glute" is a bird, I guess anything's possible.
