RibShark is correct, Sssam's design may be different, but the character itself is still in the final game. The japanese language setting however, can't be seen in the final game at all.

Because the exit near it causes the game to freeze

The spiderweb does not propel Rayman upwards as it should, meaning you have to use knockback damage from the spiders to reach the lum.

Because the Spider web that should bounce you to the Lum, doesnt function meaning you have to knock yourselfe up there with the little spiders to collect it.
And if you than try to jump into the exit behind the game softlocks meaning you have to manualy exit out of the level

Stelzenbomber is correct, it is the combination of both that makes the 1000th lum so hard to obtain. Not only is it an annoyance to get into the skull, you also have to worry about not getting too far into it and softlocking the game.

Also, Stelzenbomber, your second post, don't do that. I'll let it slide this time because it didn't really change your answer, but if you do that another time your answer won't count.
