Well, I did catch the Eevee that I bred in Serza's Safari, do the "baby Eevees" have extra IVs because of this as well?
Oh, and is there anywhere I can see the IVs of a Pokémon?

There is a man, in Kiloude City (the after game one) in it's Pokemon center who evaluates your pokemon. What he says corresponds with what IVs your Pokemon have. For example, if your Eevee has 31 IVs in defense he'll say something like "their defense stat is great, it can't be beat".

I liked the look of the new Mega Evolutions, although I still think that Salamence looks like an UFO.

Yes, although I thinked it looks much better when we saw it in the trailer rather than that tiny corocoro scan.

For those who don't know girl on the left is Lisia, a contest idol confirmed to give the protag outfits but more importantly, she sure does have certain things in common with a certain husband of mine.

Either its his sister or cousin.

Lovechild with Winona seems to be in speculation as well since her signature pokemon is Altaria.
