When I called post yesterday, they told me your package was not even checked by customs to begin with
I dunno what decides if it's checked or not to be honest.

You could alsways contact seller and tell them you want cheaper shipping. I do that all the time and it worked in 90% of cases.

I'm just really shy and the thought of getting eaten alive by sellers makes me feel uneasy.

I also never tried out that, but I believe it is almost impossible asking that from French sellers because La Poste is a greedy bastard when it comes for packaging.

I don't know about French sellers, but it usually works with German sellers. I just ask nicely could they ship with Deutsche Post Brief instead with other methods they had listed. It's usually around 3 Eur, but to be fair this Italian RL Package is maybe too big for something like that, but I am sure it is possible to be less than 15 Eur. Then again, maybe it's not, but it's always worth a try.

At least you have the disc and the booklet and inlay you can print one yourself, since there is a high def scan.

Nope, I do not want to get this one. I want to get everything that you get originally.

I just use a ROM with XEBRA.

Besides, I don't really like the Japanese version, since the sound effects are much more primitive.
