+/- I wonder is it from lack of caffeine. You all know I drink lots of tea but I only had like 2 cups of decaf today as that's all I had. I'm alright with computers but the human body is another story

+/- Indeed it is!
+/- Caffeine is used to help people stay/wake up which is good for RD but not so good if you're trying to have a solid sleep schedule or a good night's sleep.

- After last night, feeling really cautious and worried in the back of my head.
- I can't really seem to concentrate on the things I have to do today as a result, including the stuff I have to do today.
