90's? Don't you mean 80's. I don't remember any TMNT show from 90's besides the later episodes of the 80's show.
Shredder's voice is not bad choice though.

It's kind of ruined though when you realize your wanting Uncle Phil to voice Mr.Dark.

You're the first person I've seen who hasn't heard of the 90's version of Ninja Turtles. Yes, it was remade in the 90s from the 80s show, with more intense action/fighting, deeper story plots, and more in depth character personalities. No version of Shredder has ever been more intense; he was pretty much the Deathstroke of TMNT.

Thats made in 2003 and not in 90's

But I'm talking about the 90's version. Unless I'm mistaken, they were two different series'. The 90s one had more refined animation.

Still disagreeing, I am in favor of giving the characters personalities a bit more. Is the atmosphere and world important in a show? Definitely. I'm just in favor of the characters because that's what a look in a cartoon show. There have been so little examples when the atmosphere and world caught my attention into watching a show.

I agree with Bradandez. While the atmosphere is almostequally important, the personalities should still be held over environment.

I'd say that, personally, the most important factors in a modern cartoon are the animation quality, and the voice acting. I feel that if these two things are done right, everything else should fall into place pretty nicely.

Modern Pac-Man Cartoon Ghostly Adventures has really amazing animation but story, voice acting and character personality ruined show for me.

If Michael Bay ever wants to make Rayman movie, I bet Globox would be portrayed racist.

Have you watched Transformers Revenge of the Fallen?
If so then you should know the answer.

If not, then characters Skids and Mudflap are racist in movie so I would not be surprised if he made Globox a character offensive.

I've never understood all the harping on about Michael Bay. He's just another OK action director who makes poor-to-decent films. Nothing he's done is worthy of particular praise or hatred. I'd question the tastes of anyone who gets seriously upset about a bloody Transformers movie.
