Looks like this is a tricky one. I'll give another clue:

Raymesis?

Again, he's a doppelganger. An alter-ego is another name, or form in this case. Raymesis is a copy of Rayman, not an alternate form. I'm looking for a character who was retconned out of being an alter-ego, but is still mentioned in lore.

Looking at the rules, since I offered a second clue, all players (barring Ray502, since he's already done so) are permitted to answer again.

Could it be Globber?

I'm afraid not, if there's no correct answer by midnight, I'll give a third clue.

Vodoo mama?

Indeed, also known as Mamma Hité, she was originally the alter-ego of Big Mama, before being retconned out and replaced by the nymph. She's still mentioned by Polokus, however, and is therefore part of the series' lore.

Never heard of her! Are you sure that line is still in there? Seems like an odd name to keep, if they didn't even come up with an English translation.

I think it's still there for Red Globox in Origins.

Clue #15: This level from Rayman 2 has a part (separated by two loading screens) where the player can't move. This part does not appear as the first part of the level.
