Re: PSN Topic
Added mine to the list.
Re: PSN Topic
I sent you a friend request, Rayfist, Haruka, and MrBadGuy.
Re: PSN Topic
I think you need to ask again. I also believe my friend list is almost full.
Re: PSN Topic
PSN friend limit is extended from 100 to 2000 recently. You have that many friends? Cool.

LOL we need more of sarcastic OCG! That was so snarky and hilarious.OldClassicGamer wrote:PSN friend limit is extended from 100 to 2000 recently. You have that many friends? Cool.

Hilarious maybe, but also real:

Re: PSN Topic
Odd, in the other day the PlayStation was complaining that I exceeded the limit. And I swear I only have around 20 or 30 people on it.
Re: PSN Topic
Maybe it depends on country? But if thats the case, then that would be dumb since it should be equel worldwide.

Re: PSN Topic
You're limited to 100 on the PS3 only, from what I can gather, Vita and PS4 can go to 2000.
Re: PSN Topic
What would happen if someone got more than 100 friends on Vita or PS4 and use same PSN on PS3?

Re: PSN Topic
According to the very article you linked:
If you do add over 100 friends via the Vita, your PS3 will filter by friends who are active at that particular time, to get around the 100-person limit. Naturally once you make the switch to PS4, you’ll be able to peruse your thousands-long buddy list at your own leisure.
Re: PSN Topic
I should really start reading articles till the end.

Re: PSN Topic
I don't see how anyone would have that many friends to begin with... unless it's becoming like facebook and having thousands of friends.

Hehe, it probably would be best to ensure that you don't miss anything too important.
@Hoodcom, social interaction has really been played up this gen, I think this could be linked to it.

Re: PSN Topic
Hmm, I suppose that may be linked to it, but I guess as long as some people are happy.
I don't really care for it, I don't have hundreds/thousands of... "friends" on social medias/game consoles, I prefer my smaller number of friends who I will communicate quite often with.

Re: PSN Topic
Yeah, most of my PS3 friends list is just people who I know on some level.
Re: PSN Topic
To be honest about friend number, on Facebook I don't mind if someone who I don't know adds me since my Facebook is also number 1 way for my YouTube fans to contact me, but for gaming, I prefer to have only people I know.
Re: PSN Topic
Wow really for me it's the other way round, I won't add anyone on Facebook I don't know, that's why I've still only got like 5 hundred and something friends. But if someone adds me on PSN or XBL I really don't care whether I know them or not.
Re: PSN Topic
I used not to care in past but ever since I got hacked on Steam once, I am afraid to accept friend invites by strangers. On facebook, I have mobile protection and it is easy to unhack it, plus most of people adding me are fans or internet friends. If someone added me on facebook, and if everything seems fine with their profile, not accepting it would maybe make person feel bad expecially if they like my videos. I of course didn't accept person named Adolf Hitler.
