Mmmm, I think 100 are not enought tings, changed it, 200 tings for sig and 500 for the best one

I used the "neon" effect. Bascially what I did was make a new layer merging the visible layers, then I used the neon effect setting both values low so there isn't a lot of colour but not all black, I then set the layer mode to "grain merge" and adjusted the opacity till it looked decent.
