Not an opinion, just saying water is wet
I'm almost 100% in agreement with this, let me edit it for myself.
Allioli >>>>>>>>>> mayonnaise/ketchup/mustard.
There, it looks perfect to me hahaha.
My go to sauce is rouille, actually.
But if there needs to be choosing between ketchup and mustard... Well it's not that easy. French mustard is superior. German mustard... not so much...

Never had Allioli but it looks like porridge. Garlic mayo > Garlic butter > Mayo > Ketchup > Mustard
Uh did you not say this a few days ago…?

I think regular mayo is quite grim, but garlic mayo is the shit
Or am I mistaking allioli as a totally different sauce that is not a fancy way of saying garlic mayo? Did I miss the memo here?

Mayo contains eggs, allioli is made using only garlic and olive oil.
As a garlic cultist, I absolutely love this video.

Seems very nice but I've never had it
I like the old style, whole grain mustard. My region has its own mustard but no real brand or anything, so the closest brand I found is Maille mustard from France.

It's not the one I usually associate with the words "french mustard", but yes indeed I like this one a lot too.

I actually like mayonnaise best with my fries! Not the healthiest option, but definitely my favorite one.
It's certainly something I haven't really tried together, but given I still like fries and mayo, I should try it sometime. Though for me I think it'll depend on the kind of fries I get. Since various types I'll eat without ketchup no problem, and some I gotta have ketchup with.

I think that all those are great but serve different purposes. Sure, I might have preferences, but I can think of dishes best served with each of those!

Turns out, the “garlic mayo” I’ve been using for months is a FUCKING ALVIOLI

What dishes would go best with water then?

A well-done steak, because there's nothing else to do with that than flush it down the toilet.

A good steak doesn't need any steak sauce, this is a form belief I have.
I knew a girl that I went to school with that would use ranch dressing on anything including steaks. I like ranch dressing, but that's weird to me.

Oh no.... Well I can enjoy a steak with pepper sauce, but I prefer mine without sauce as well. Just garlic, thyme and butter.

Same, I love a good pepper sauce or shallot sauce, and many others for that matter, but it takes no more than salt and pepper to enjoy a delicious steak.

Not usually a ketchup consumer but recently I got hold of one made by a beer company called Brewdog and it's like inspired by one of their ales "Hazy Jane"...and it's quite fruity I will say that.
