I think it was pretty damn obvious what the problem was. The problem still exists, and if you can't see what the problem is, maybe you need some new contact lenses.
Spamming. Flaming more importantly. I thought you stated in the rules:
Flaming/spamming members will be dealt harshly with by the moderators.
Well Hunchman, what if the moderators
are flaming and spamming. This quote is stated as well in the Terms of Use. The members should be dealt with harshly, apparently. I see no dealing with, in fact, I see totally the opposite.
The so called rumours someone told you aren't true. I never cussed you. And I'm not going to. I would like to hear who told you these rumours. But you are the one being unreliable, with the rules. Which brings me back to my point. WHY AM I BEING UNRELIABLE TO YOU? YOU ARE FAILING TO SEE MY POINT. YOU STILL HAVEN'T ANSWERED. I'VE TOLD YOU MY STORY, WHAT'S YOUR'S? Pls reply.

Well, yes, I severely think they shouldn't be mods. I don't know why they were modded in the first place (it's not my duty to know anymore), but whatever the reason, they shouldn't be mods. I heard that it has something to do with leaving? Or maybe it has something to do with th31 and matyuv threatening Romano? I strongly disagree with Hunchman/Romano's choices. If this were a board with a bit more formality (not stating anything against it, I'm just saying if it was), then these members would be banned. Which I think is the right treatment, as they aren't going to stop spamming.

Thanks for the warning, but I think that I can handle any threatening proceedures those spammers want to put up against me. If they want to go and hate me, fine. No effect whatsoever. But I don't understand it, PC was so lovely before they started spamming. I fully enjoyed moderating it. What I want to know is why they started spamming. They're ruining it. They're just being sarcastic in every post... Now, this ties into what you're saying. If they make fun of all the serious mods.. The Knocker, you and me, then that means effectively that the spamming was created all because of seriousness of the board. If this is true then it means they left because PC has (serious) moderators. If that is true, they wouldn't want to become moderators to fight spam in PC. And if that is true, it means they purposely want to ruin PC by spamming in it. If they want to spam, why are they moderators?
If all this is a comprihensible theory, then it means that they will never stop spamming, especially if they are mods.

I would also like to ask why you made th31 and
Matyuv (particularly th31) moderators. Why? That's all I want to know. They are spammers, ok, they are flamers. Do you really want your moderators flaming newbies?
Another question: why do you attack people that give you a minute cuss?
You have a temper problem? I can take people cussing me (your members made sure of that
). Such attacks should be a last resort. Not a first. If you think you are being unfairly treated by me, please say so, and I will finish it over an explanation. We can tackle this argument, however, I will continue it until I get some respect and you agree with me. Everything I say is dead true. But if you don't want me to argue publically, again, please say so and we'll send it into PM. I don't hate PC, I'm giving you some tips to improve it. If there's anything you want me to do, say so. I'm an open book. How can you blame me? I'm not even saying anything against PC anymore, because I don't want you to get angry. And before you ask "yes, you are bothering me with your arguements", read. Look, I don't hate you, I don't even know you.
