I've played the game a few times and I only recall him being referred to as the bubble dreamer. That's unless I stupidly missed it every time I played.

It didn't say what is Polokus' name in Origins, it said "When is Polokus' name mentioned in Origins". Unfortunately I screwed up at the same thing

I've only heard it once, when Helena Handbasket is chanting to open the door to the Moody Clouds.

I was trying to think really hard about whether The Sanctuary Of Rock And Lava or beneath it had Plums, but I couldn't recall. I played the Dreamcast version a few times and I love the level Sanctuary Of Stone And Fire, which was the only place I could remember it from in the entire game.
