I don't remember hearing that music at all. It sounds... kinda... Bandicoot-ey. But that's probably my brain playing tricks on me :fou2:

Must be cause it sounded nothing like Crash Bandicoot to me.

I don't recognise it either.

I still have that video on my video collection. ^^

I think the music is quite similar to the Beta Clearleaf Forest music.

Just finished Rayman 3 in 2 days. Still a fun game, little easy/short though. However, the desert of the knaaren is pretty hard and seems large.

I played rayman 3 for the first time in 7 years again and it seems like I never realized how pervy the humor is.
I was just running trough the Knaaren maze and suddenly I hear "Mine is longer than yours!" "No, mine is longer! I can even touch my nose with it" and then "Silence! Could you please stop talking about those things!". I just thought "WOW." .It didn`t bother me, but I wonder how something like this made it into a kids game. By the way, I played it on german and I don`t know if they say the same in other versions. But it fitted into the style of the game for some reason.

Also, I once heard Rayman quoting Duke Nukem.
I think it was "Looks like the hoodlums came to kick some ass and chew bubblegum. But they are all out of gum."
Hearing Rayman saying this totally made my day.

I also play it on PC. :D
And yes, last time I played it was in 2003 or 2004. Pretty long time.

I think you can double post if you just reply to your own post after you posted it.
Why do people think you are that troll? :|
Just don`t listen to them.

In English it was changed to a conversation about dads, which doesn't have any implications as far as I know:
"My Dad's stronger than your Dad."
"No, my Dad's stronger than your Dad. I've heard his friends say that he can even pick up a dog!"
"Ugh, would you guys PLEASE stop talking about your Dads!?"

EDIT: Rayfist, they told you to STOP double-posting.

@PlumGMK

That`s interesting. It makes me wonder even more why they rewrote that dialogue for the german version.
It would be cool to see what they say in the orginal french version of the game.

I think they say the same as the German one in the French one.

They were talking about their hoods. In the English version, the last line was ‘Could you please stop talking about your hoods!’ or something.

I remember a conversation where a Knaaren was talking about his pet rat that had died, or something like that. Does anyone know how that one goes?

"Since Sally died, I've felt so alone! No-one to hold in my arms, no-one to tell that I love her..."
"Aw, come on! Turn that frown upside-down. I'm sure you'll find another rat."

I'm not sure about the bit in yellow because I haven't played in a long time.

Some jokes at first on Rayman 3 were funny, after they start to annoy a lot. I think that "dry/darker humour" doesn't fit on this third game. And Globox's "new" voice makes things worse.

I'm talking about the overall jokes, not specifical ones.

For example I found out funny when you are climbing a edge on The Land of the Livid Dead and you hear André farting.

But still, I've played once the entire game in French and I'm more happier with the voice cast.
