+ I beat Bongo Hills and Allegro Presto today and as a result got the power to fly

-/+ Bongo Hills was much longer than I had expected, but it was fun anyway (especially Part 3 with the maracas rockets and Part 4 with the thunder and lightning effects)
+/- Also the sliding in Allegro Presto Part 1 is fun and the part where the Monk opens those blue balls and closes them again and how you can jump on those balls as if they are a platform is cool, but I just hate the parts that have the tiny slippery platforms that you have to somehow land on. Like it just doesn't make sense to me why they designed those parts that way.

+ Also, I would go for Legends in your case since you already finished Origins 100% (right?)

Yeah a few times, I have 100% on PC and Vita (and the Platinum trophy for it). I have every achievement on Xbox 360 and the PS3 Platinum too, but I never bothered to get the Lum medals on those which I will be getting just for the sake of it.

I do want to play Legends on PC. I also have never completed it on Wii U, Vita or PS3

I'd rather keep doing the daily challenges on Xbox one or play the game on PC and do them on that instead.

Yesterday:
± Finished Back To Origins again.
+ Started reading something ("Gray Mountain" by John Grisham).
– Have no recollection of buying the book.
± By the process of elimination it must have been in mid-2014, ironically the first time I finished Back To Origins…
± It went unread since then, but at least it's being read now.

Today's may or may not come later.

+ I was watching a huge firework repeater
- The dogs are terrified of the fireworks

+ Yesterday I beat Mr. Sax and today I got all the Electoon cages in Anguish Lagoon, Swamps of Forgetfulness, Gong Heights and Mr Sax's Hullaballoo.

+ The new CPU I ordered for the spare PC along with my copy of Origins for Wii should be arriving tomorrow.
+ I'm expecting the parts for my laptop next week at some stage too. Hopefully before my Birthday

+ The Great Flying Poo will punish heretics like WizardMinescat.

+ Mrbean35000vr has uploaded a video today about how to play DS games online AFTER Nintendo WFC Shutdown.

+ Went to my uncle’s house for his birthday last night. Nice time!
- I realised this morning I left my laptop charger behind at his house and it just died.
- I have no more gas on my car either so my sister has to drive me there later.

I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'll put it as a plus because even though it was weird, it was so funny. My sister also happened to walk in and see this happening.

So my brother was in bed asleep and I switched the TV on. I didn't have the remote handy, so I tried to get the menu off the screen using the weird Samsung button on the back. It seemed non responsive but then the menu disappeared, so I tried to lower the volume (usually it's about 6-8 when the room is quiet) and again it was non responsive. I just thought oh whatever then, stupid fucking thing and sat down.

Suddenly I heard the volume rise, looked at the screen and seen the volume number at 40+ rising rapidly and it just kept going right up to 100

I jumped up in a panic thinking OMG shut up what are you doing. My brother opened his eyes and I was just like this fucking thing is gone nuts. I had to unplug it, find the remote, plug it back in and then turn the volume all the way back down with the remote. The sooner I buy a new TV the better. It might be a shit TV, but it's also a loud TV

Thankfully I don't have a good sound system like Hoodcom does (at least in this case)

+ The good news: my charger is not at my uncle’s house. Another cousin (the daughter of my aunt i drive on Wed-Fri) picked up my charger and took it with her so i saved a trip back to his house.
- The bad news: My cousin took it with her and she actually lives FARTHER AWAY from my house. Plus they were busy today, so have to wait til tomorrow. Too bad cuz its the laptop i’m currently normally using.
+ Good thing my Rayman games are saved to GoG cloud and i recently installed GoG on my other laptop so ive been testing this laptop with Rayman games for an hour now after using my Wii all day.

That sucks about the charger but at least you have the cloud saves

- I have to buy a new motherboard for the spare PC because the current one is too crap to work with a UEFI GPU
- I'll have to wait until Tuesday night to order it if I even have enough with this phone bill
+ At least I can buy a board which supports SLI and use both GTX 970's I have in the build

I don’t think I ever mentioned the results of those interviews so I’ll post them here..

+ My interview was good enough to pass and I got shortlisted and moved forward! HOORAY!!!
+ My partner interview for the TA position was cancelled because they decided to move me forward anyway so that also feels like a win!
- Only problem is they haven’t contacted me for any updates so that makes me a little anxious. Like I’m dying to know what’s next here!!!
+ As soon as I fill the paperwork I’ll start being a TA in 2 months, though I’d really like to get that other job too. Just in case though I have to keep searching.

+ It's going to be <'s aunt's birthday tomorrow but we're gonna celebrate it today.
+ I also heard from <'s dad that he has spoken with someone about that 8MB official PS2 memory card so I might get it soon which means I can finally be able to play Burnout 3 again when I get it!
