Someone nearly did it in the HoF, he got 10 points (if I remember correctly it's impossible to score less than 10 because you receive these by turning Andre into a red lums)

When you somehow get that 0 score.

Also you don't get points for converting André, but you do get 1500 by defeating Reflux. If someone got 10 they either hacked the game or were once a moderator (since mods can edit their HoF score).

No it makes you smart because you don't want to score 10 points

When you change the colour settings on your TV because the map in RO looks green and it annoys you knowing after playing the game multiple times that it shouldn't look like that.
