It's confusing to read in Fahrenheit when one has been weaned and nurtured on Celsius...

Celsius...you other countries are weird with your metric system. heh

It's rather weird here, though we use some metrics, we also use some ol' school measurements, such as the mile.

Here, we always use metric when referring to distance, speed and temperature. When calculating human attributes however (height and weight), we use Imperial (feet/inches and pounds).

So literally the exact opposite of Canada. Do measure speed in Mph or KM/h? It would obviously be better if you used KM/h, given that it's metric, but it would also make no sense to drive at a speed that doesn't even evenly match up to the distance driven.

We use MPH here, I believe.

Hm, just read there's chances of snow beginning to set in soon, however, there's none forecasted for me yet.

Sweet, you're lucky to see snow already! Right now it's just cold, no snow here.

It snowed all night here. The snow is now staying and not melting away like last time. Its cloudy at the moment.

Hopefully it will start snowing for you as well soon. Tomorrow I will take a picture when snowing ends.

I think you may want to take a picture of it snowing too, those can make pretty good pictures as well.

True, but I prefer real cameras. Such as my Canon DSLR EOS 60D.
