You might want to take a read of this. There's one thing I notice instantly, even though it may sound slightly biased: Hard-believers in Christianity (those who let it run their life) have a certain way of typing where they use capitals CONSTANTLY to EMPHASIZE a point, and they start putting everything else down that stands in their way, along with purposefully, making everyone else sound like scum. To me, the most important thing is sticking to the source, and sometimes I do mistakes because of it. I'm always practicing my translating skills so that, if by any chance, I'm stuck in Israel and I'm short on cash, I'll have a job as a translator. And maybe I'll translate Arabic when I know well enough...

Christianity has played a more important role in history than all the other religions combined over the last two millennia so I don't find it overwhelmingly hard to conceive why it used as the archetype of religion. Moreover, most of the attacks against Christianity can be extended to the other two major Abrahamic religions, in spite of your claims that Judaism is so different. On that note, you are welcome to justify yourself.

Ah, yes, sorry I forgot. Europe is the center of the world, and therefore more than 3 fourths of the world's history is just something to be ignored when talking about religion. Obviously, you must ignore Islam, because it doesn't matter if there are more than one and a half billion adherents worldwide, because it's not Christianity. Does it matter that Hinduism precedented Christianity by thousands of years and is most likely the oldest still active faith system? No, because it doesn't play an important role in history! Sure, it has affected the world's second most populous country more than anything else did, but it's not Christianity. Judaism is the source of the world's biggest religions, and it is most likely the first truly monotheistic un-pagan religion, but because Christians and Muslims both believe in the "old" testament and their own holy books, it doesn't exist anymore. It's a part of Christianity, BTW, so that means that if some douchey priest fucks a child, the Torah's to blame. If millions of people die because of holy wars, the Torah's to blame. If the grossest intolerance today comes from Christians and Muslims, the Torah is obviously to blame. But wait, the Torah is the book of Judaism. If that book affected history so much, how come Judaism isn't the most important religion? Because the Torah is in fact a Christian invention. According to Judaism, the source of Christianity, God isn't invisible nor is he a man. For god to be invisible he must be physical. He is not physical in Judaism. you can't attach such a word to him. He is not a man or a woman. God has no gender, for he is not a living thing. He doesn't live in the sky, he is all around us, and nowhere. He can't live because he can't die, because he is not an organism. The stories about god living in the sky are a mixture of a metaphor from Judaism and the ancient Greek religion. He doesn't "watch" everything you do, because he knows and made you do what you do. But, although he knows what you'll do, you can still change it. Carlin refers to the ten commandments, which by the way don't consist of ten things you must not do. That is common knowledge, and that fucktard dares talk about religions without knowing it. I'll bet he never opened a bible. God has more than ten things he wants us to do and not do, but they only apply to Jews. And have you ever read the ten commandments? Oh, god doesn't want me to murder? Well, fuck that, I'll be an atheist. And if you are a Jew and you don't want to do these things, guess what? You go to hell. Oh, wait, Jews don't believe in hell, so how is that even possible?! Hell is Christians ancient technique to make people afraid of not believing. And when have you ever seen a Rabbi forcing some Jews to give him money for religious purposes?! I have been a Jew all my life, my whole family consists of observant Jews, and guess what? We have never, ever, EVER been asked to give money for a religious cause. We have donated to synagogues out of our own free will. And no one asks us to donate money in the Sabbath, because money shouldn't be touched in Sabbath. Does that mean that if you go to the synagogue in a regular day, they will ask you to donate money or leave? No, because that's not how Judaism works. And another thing- Jews don't care if you're a Jew or not. Unlike Christianity, where if you dare not believe in Jesus you go to hell, in Judaism the gentiles are free to do almost (look up the seven laws of Noah) what they want. Christianity is probably the most missionary faith there is. I saw one missionary Jew in my life, and that Jew will probably stop this profession with his now broken nose. Do you want me to count how many Christians have tried to convert me? Oh, wait, it's too much to count, because they all care so much about my soul.

No, you didn't. You said he wouldn't understand because he is an Atheist, thereby implying that you have a reason to believe that Atheists can't understand spirituality. Now you attempt to squirm away from defending your posistion. I suspect this is because you have no defense. It's up to you to convince me otherwise.

You know what, you're right, I shouldn't have used the word atheist, but it is my opinion that because he is an atheist, he doesn't understand them. Maybe there are some atheists who can understand what I'm talking about, but the reason he doesn't is his hate to religion.

I have pointed out some differences between these religions, and I can point out dozens more. Hunch, you don't live a Jewish life. You don't study Judaism 18 hours a week. I have studied Christianity extensively and can tell that these religions are so far apart that without the help of history, you wouldn't think they had any connection. The biggest difference is that Judaism is a monotheistic religion while Christianity, at least in some of its denominations, is a polytheistic religion. I am eager to hear what you have to say on the subject.
