Certainly guilty. Aside from game/mod storylines that I realized didn't make any sense, there's obviously the case of the Linux-from-Scratch system that had to be rebuilt from scratch a year later, because of a badly-written script (see Fifo's location).

Ever disabled services to speed up Windows?

Guilty. I don’t remember what the program was, but it certainly helped my Windows 10 get back up to processing speeds (o think it was something running the background)

Guilty. I admit it's normal to feel a little upset that you lost after putting in the effort but I move on and congratulate the winner.

Innocent because I never tried an actual cigarette. I wouldn't though.
