The whole game won't fit in a floppy disc. I believe that's just the demo that we all know.

I would buy it but I don't have floppy drive so I cannot test it.

You can buy an external floppy usb drive. They aren't expensive anyway,

It is the first time I see something like that. What if it was a reduced prototype? It could also be a fake item.

I tried to do some research on Rayman 1 on floppy and no luck. This is probably highly compressed version of the game and a bootleg. But I am maybe wrong. Either way, $20 as a starting price for auction is too much. I will send message to seller and ask something.

I don't think at that time there was a working method to compress all data to fit in a 1,44MB Floppy Disc. I believe it just contains Rayman Demo which you can download for yourself here:

I need to get an uber-extended ATX motherboard with IDE support so I can have literally everything, including both 8 and 3.5" floppies integrated.

Ah, I just realised, Betilla's wand on that box-art is the one from those miscellaneous R1 artworks on the Rayman 1 Raywiki page.

Good pictures.
I've seen the mouse before, but it is a shame it is not USB.

That's one high-resolution Betilla! I like it when they redraw the artwork like this.

This isn't really official merchandise, but I hope it's alright if I plop this here:

This is definitely the strangest "fanart" I've seen made for Rayman- pretty intriguing, though. I can't make out exactly what the pin depicts (minus Rayman, ofc), but I can hazard a guess... Sadly, they don't ship outside of the US. I honestly kinda want one because it's pretty interesting.

Aren't the floppy and IDE connectors slightly different? I'm actually not sure about this; just going by what a guy at a computer store told me when I mentioned a SATA to IDE converter for use with a floppy drive.

Well, it certainly conveys the surreal aspect of the early Rayverse.
