Oh yes they are! I really like the Lavomatrix music, by the way. Do Hoodstormers have a tune of their own? I think they do, but I am not sure it plays during every Hoodstormer encounter.

Right on! The -bu- (or -ub-) language is known as "Ubbi Dubbi".

All three are just for your Lum count as far as I can remember.

Nope, not quite.

You break the cage at the end of the level for the first one, and then the other two are earned from your Lum count, right??

I will take this answer, as it is almost completely accurate. The exception is that the boss levels do not generally have a cage to break at the end; instead you get the first electoon just for completing the level.

Heavy Metal Fist, Lockjaw, Shock Rocket, Throttle Copter.

Only the poor Vortex gets no love (but I think one of our scorers hacked it in and published a video recently, showing why it wouldn't work.

Indeed they do! It always felt to me like the developers decided to give the player a break. Like the last thing I want to worry about, having climbed all the way up there, is how to navigate this stupid missile to hit a target on the back side of the monster in front of me.

There’s no way I’ll know the answer to that since I’ve mever even got a diamond cup

You got the bonus question down perfectly! I was a bit surprised during my first playthrough that there were no 'early' boss encounters in the Caves of Skops, like there were in every preceding world.
