+ I might have sold my bitcoin for less than half of the current price, at least I kept my ethereum and it just reached the previous all-time high today.
- Now my cryptocurrency investments have finally paid off, that's one less thing I can accuse Xenon of. Unless the price drops sharply, that is.

- I can't sleep, and it feels like I drank lighter fluid.

- My brother is sent home from work early because one of his colleagues might have COVID-19 as he's been coughing and sneezing all over the place for weeks, and refused to sneeze and cough in his elbows. This Saturday we'll be getting an appointment for the test. My brother was very unhappy about his co-worker's attitude towards the guidelines. Now we are in quarantine until the results are in.

I hate when people do that and won't even wear masks, then they wonder why we're all stuck in this epidemic for about a year with hardly any change. Anyway, sorry to hear that, hopefully it's not COVID, and they get better soon.

+ My sleep pattern is getting slightly better.
- I realised from hearing stories of others that need operations, that I'm going to be waiting forever to get my reflux issues sorted out. Someone else needs an operation for their gallbladder, and they were told they're better going private. When they asked how much it would cost, they said €20,000!

+ My Madcatz vibration pack for Dreamcast was broken, so I replaced the motor with one from a PS4 controller (spare broken one). It's more powerful than ever now!

EDIT: - My Dreamcast is kicking the bucket, it keeps randomly exiting back to the menu in the middle of levels in Rayman 2.

+ We tested negative for the COVID test!

+/- As for the lack of taste earlier this morning, it's a seasonal morning thing.
Like I'm groggy in autumn, or my nose is sensitive and runny in winter. These mostly happen in the morning.

- Lately I've been dealing with a manipulative abuser who told me to 'die in a fire' after I maturely called him out on his shit.
He kept harassing a friend, so I had to step in. I considered calling the authorities on him, but I'm at a disadvantage. I don't speak his language, and the laws in his country might be different when it comes to situations like this.

+ At least Ark Survival Evolved is what keeps me sane because of my fixation on prehistoric creatures.

+ I finally got to visit my office!
- There's rumors of an even stricter lockdown.

+ We did another COVID test, me and my mom tested negative.
- My dad and brother tested positive. We're all bummed out about this. We're hoping what my brother has is just a cold.

I overheard the doctors testing us, the sample they took from my brother was discoloring the liquid they use to determine if we got COVID or not. And they [the doctors] pointed out my brother's eyelids, he looked like death. We normally don't look as terrible when we get the common cold. He does have COVID-19, and my dad is high risk.

We're hoping what my brother has is just a cold.

And what I meant by that is that I hope that this can't be happening to one of us. I've read enough heartbreaking stories about people losing their loved ones to COVID, that it's very real, it's dangerous, and not some stupid hoax to scare us into not vaccinating or starting riots that can be a hazard to public safety and health. I know my brother since birth and he isn't a great person. But I know he doesn't deserve this. He may not treat me or mom with respect and he hates half of my friends, but he works really hard and he has a good reputation in the community he's in. Rant over.

+ I'm headed to a small mountainous massif tonight for a hike tomorrow.
- It's probably going to a rain a lot though, hopefully the tent won't leak this time.
