I think it depends of your overall score in the game, I'm not sure...

My overall score is more than 350.000 point, so maybe it's depends on the cages, or something i think...

You have to get a good score in the Tower of the Leptys, but no one knows exactly what it is.

40000 isn't enough?

That's why I'm not sure about the real mechanism to open the gate. At least I am able to do this in the PC version, but not in PS2 and GC.

Strange use of quotation marks.
The actual minigame. The ones that speed up ahead of you during the section with the cogs, I think. They race you, in effect, because you do get to see them at the beginning of the race.

Can you be specific? It was just a jump timing of not being hit by the swinging dry fruit...
